Miss White is a math teacher and also the Principal of the High School. She has the ability to change any person's size and uses it to punish bad students, by shrinking them.  

When a student had bad results or wasn’t obedient enough, she would shrink him down. She also rewarded good students (mainly girls) making them grow.

Since she could change also her own size, of course, she made herself extremely tall, as she wanted to inspire authority and respect, she was therefore a beautiful, yet intimidating, giantess.

Mark was a bad student, and he knew deep inside why he didn't pass any exam. He was ashamed of it, but he enjoyed being shrunk and humiliated by Miss White...
